Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@asilcouture.com . We will do our best to accommodate your request. After this time, your order cannot be modified.

Quels moyens de paiement acceptez-vous ?

Nous acceptons les paiements par carte bancaire (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ainsi que par PayPal et Apple Pay.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days in mainland France and 5 to 10 working days internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We deliver to most European countries. Delivery costs and times will be calculated when you confirm your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective items. For any inquiries, contact us at contact@asilcouture.com .

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not automatic. If you would like a different size or style, we invite you to return the original item and then place a new order using the credit note.

How to choose the right size?

Each product has a detailed size guide . If you're unsure of your size, choose the larger size or contact our team for personalized advice.

Do you offer custom-made dresses?

Currently, our designs are offered in standard sizes. We don't yet offer a custom-made service, but some cuts easily adapt to different body types.

Availability & Restocking

Are the items produced in limited series?

Yes. Most of our pieces are produced in limited quantities to ensure the exclusivity of our designs. Once sold out, some dresses are not reissued.

Can I be notified if there is a restock?

Yes. If a size or model is out of stock, you can sign up for the restock alert directly on the product page.

Our live assistant is available 24/7 to assist you quickly. You can also contact our team via email—you'll receive a response within 1-2 business days. For efficient processing, please include your order number and any other relevant information in the first message.
